10/10! Yummy Italian restaurant in the Marina. Drinks: extra dirty Tito's martini was a 11/10, perfect amount of dirtiness. And a glass of Chardonnay was 10/10, my boyfriend said it was very smooth and he enjoyed it. For starters, we ordered the meatballs. They were made perfectly and tasted fresh. We ordered the Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe. Our favorite was the carbonara. Make sure to order it with the pink sauce, perfect mix of red and cream sauce. The sausage was delicious in the carbonara. The Cacio e Pepe had a smooth pepper taste. Both pastas 100/10. Pricing is typical for SF; around $24 for each pasta dish. Giuseppe provided nice, excellent service. Without being prompted, he split our Cacio e Pepe dish into two separate dishes so my boyfriend and I could share. Very thoughtful and hospitable. The ambiance is lively and the outside seating is cozy with heat lamps and they provide blankets. Highly recommend Roma Antica.

Everything about this place was amazing. The staff was very friendly and outgoing, the food was full of flavor, nice sized portions and the ambience felt like we were back in Italy! We will be back!

Very delicious and super nice staff. We had a large group and they were very accommodating. We tried about half the menu and shared everything, it was all so good.
